Set, Series and Sequence - Glasses personalities

Obviously the word "glasses" has a very ambiguous quality which is great to explore.

I was randomly doodling thoughts on glasses and I became interested in the idea of our everyday drinking glasses having personas and personalities, I began to explore this with our types of glasses;

As you can see I was very stereotypical with my approach, which makes it very humorous combined with the cartoon illustration.

The cocktail glass character development went from a cheeky flirtatious woman, to a pole dancer (dancing on a cocktail mixer) in a "flashdance" pose as liquid falls on her. The regular glass of wine is reflective of a tipsy young-middle aged woman, the ale glass developed from a young man in his 20s to a older man in his 50's, the foam acting as a moustache and eyebrows, whereas the lager glass is a "lad" in his 20's, a small glass is the child, as you can see all my glasses are stereotyped on the audience who drink them the most.

I created a final tile in watercolour that counts as one of my 24 images:

As you can see I developed the "everyday glass" to become a miscellaneous glass which has been used as a vase and he is rather unhappy about his given state, which is quite humorous and relatable as we all have these glasses. I also developed the lager glass to be looking at the cocktail pole dancer, to add another humorous tint to represent "lad" culture.
